Hellenic American University has a mission to provide quality, American higher education that is interdisciplinary, career-relevant and interculturally informed. It strives to educate its students to be global citizens who are solidly grounded in the liberal arts and equipped to contribute to the economic and social development of their communities. The University’s research initiatives aim to foster the creation and dissemination of knowledge in the arts and humanities, social and natural sciences, business, and technology.
Hellenic American University is chartered in the State of New Hampshire and operates instructional locations in Nashua, New Hampshire and Athens, Greece. Its academic programs are regulated, approved, and regularly monitored by the Higher Education Commission of the New Hampshire Department of Education. Hellenic American University is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges through its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education.
European Public Law Organization
The EPLO is an international organization dedicated to creating and disseminating knowledge of public law and governance and promoting European values for a better generation of lawyers and democratic institutions worldwide.
Established in 2007 in Athens, Greece, the EPLO is engaged in research, education & training, publications and technical cooperation. Over the last 20 years, it has developed, organized, promoted and supported more than 200 projects in education, research, training, institution-building and other activities, and has provided assistance to democratic institutions in more than 70 countries.
EPLO is governed by a Board of Directors whose members come from 16 countries and represent 4 public authorities, 2 International Organizations and 70 universities and institutions worldwide. In fulfilling its mission, the EPLO cooperates with other institutions, organizations and bodies, and in particular within the United Nations system. It has been granted observer status at the International Labor Organization, the WIPO-World Intellectual Property Organization and the International Organization for Migration.
