The Organizing Committee is preparing a page with a list of suggested hotels that will be uploaded to the Conference website in late February.

The conference has a one-presenter, one-paper policy.

* IMPORTANT: Delegates presenting a paper or participating in a panel will need to register by June 1st 2016 to have their contributions included in the conference program. 

 

Registration and Refund Policies

What does registration for the conference include?
Registration for the conference includes coffee breaks, lunch, conference welcome reception and access to the conference proceedings. To attend the conference dinner on Saturday, September 24th, you will need to buy a ticket for the dinner when registering.

What must I bring to the Conference?
You need to have with you an ID and the registration ticket either in printed form or electronically. Attendees who have registered as students must also present evidence of their student status (e.g. university ID card, letter from their school’s Registrar attesting to their status).

Is my registration transferrable?
Registrations are not transferrable, except in the case of presenters under the conditions noted below.

What is the refund policy?
If you have registered but cannot attend the Conference, please inform us of your cancellation via email to the Conference Secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If you are eligible for a refund (see below), you must notify the Conference Secretariat by email. Telephone requests for a refund cannot be honored. The following refund policy will apply:

  • Presenters are not eligible for a refund. 
  • Registrants presenting a paper who are unable to attend the Conference may substitute, by prior arrangement with the Conference Secretariat, someone else from their institute or organization. Please notify us of this by email at eidregistration@hauniv,edu. 
  • Early-bird registrants who cancel before August 23rd are eligible for a 50% refund of registration fees. In all other cases, registration fees will not be refunded.
