The Organizing Committee informs who register for the Europe in Discourse: Agendas of Reform that there will be no reimbursement of fees paid by delegates in case of cancellations.

Participants are also strongly advised to take out an insurance policy to cover travel and registration costs in case they have to cancel participation in the conference.

Delegates are welcome to use the conference Facebook page to share tips on accommodation, insurance and travel deals.

IMPORTANT: Delegates presenting a paper or participating in a panel will have to register by September 1st 2018.

 

Registration and Refund Policies

What does registration for the conference include?
Registration for the conference includes coffee breaks, lunch, conference welcome reception and access to the conference proceedings.

What must I bring to the Conference?
You need to have with you an ID and the registration ticket either in printed form or electronically. Attendees who have registered as students must also present evidence of their student status (e.g. university ID card, letter from their school’s Registrar attesting to their status).

Is my registration transferable?
Registrations are not transferable, except in the case of presenters under the conditions noted below.

What is the refund policy?
If you have registered but cannot attend the Conference, please inform us of your cancellation via email to the Conference Secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If you are eligible for a refund (see below), you must notify the Conference Secretariat by email. Telephone requests for a refund cannot be honored. The following refund policy will apply:

  • Registrants presenting a paper who are unable to attend the Conference may substitute, by prior arrangement with the Conference Secretariat, someone else from their institute or organization. Please notify us of this by email at eidregistration@hauniv,edu. 
  • Registrants who cancel before August 21st are eligible for a 50% refund of registration fees. In all other cases, registration fees will not be refunded.
